renovated property, The Landing on 9. Formerly known as the Port at the Trails, these apartments have undergone a major makeover. From new appliances to updated kitchens and flooring, The Landing on 9 has transformed into a modern, inviting space that’s sure to impress its incoming residents. As you take a tour of the space, you’ll notice small details that really set it apart from other complexes. From french doors and skylights to USB wall outlets, designers injected a bit of contemporary flair during the project, harnessing natural light to visually expand the space. Soft neutral tones act as the finishing touch, providing an instantaneous wave of relaxation the moment you walk through the door.
